Role: US Sales Professional IT Services (Hunter Role) Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 days/week) Shift: US Shift (Evening/Night IST) Annual Target: $2M+ (Average deal size: $250K+) Role Summary We are seeking a high-performing US Sales Professional to drive new logo acquisition in the US market. This is a pure hunting role , ideal for professionals who excel at building their own pipeline, closing large enterprise deals, and consistently achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets . Key Responsibilities: Identify and close new business opportunities across US enterprises. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Consistently achieve $2M+ annual sales targets with average deal size of $250K+ . Engage with CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement heads . Collaborate with Presales, Delivery, and Practice Leaders to develop tailored solutions . Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in CRM. Represent the company at industry events and client interactions . Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years in IT services sales for the US market (hunter role only). Proven track record in Digital Transformation sales – Cloud, AI, Product Engineering, Data & Analytics, CSD. Strong understanding of US enterprise IT buying behavior and decision-making cycles. Consistent achievement of multi-million-dollar quotas . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology ( MBA preferred ). Preferred Background: Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors. Worked with leading IT services companies or global system integrators .
