Job Responsibilities: Systematically organize and cleanup historical financial records. Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate recording of all income (cash & cashless sales) and expenses. Oversee GST compliance: registration, timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITC reconciliation. Prepare and file annual Income Tax Returns and other statutory compliances. Assist in setting up and maintaining accounting software (e.g., TallyPrime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks). Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) and provide analysis for decision-making. Develop and implement streamlined accounting procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. 2-5 years of proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably with an SME. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles and GST regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (TallyPrime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel. High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and proactively.
