Position Overview: As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing your team of 8 to 10 people, assisting clients in buying & selling properties. You will utilize your knowledge of the real estate market, negotiation skills, and customer service abilities to ensure a smooth transaction process. Your primary goal is to match clients with properties that meet their needs and preferences while providing them with exceptional service and guidance throughout the process. Salary: Market Standard Responsibilities Managing the sales team Help the sales team to complete their target Manage daily operations Oversee multiple personnel Help with onboarding and training Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized. Strong leadership skills. Must have real estate experience of 3 to 4 years. Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in team lead.
