Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented trainee with a textile background to support our e-commerce and design team. The role involves a mix of technical tasks (product uploading, Excel data management, catalog preparation) and creative projects (PDF brochures, e-catalogs, rug suggestion mood boards for clients, project presentations). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine textile knowledge, design sensibility, and e-commerce exposure in the luxury home decor industry. Key Responsibilities: Product & Data Management Assign internal product codes and maintain structured product information. Prepare and update the Master Excel Sheet with all product details (sizes, materials, colors, tags, pricing, images). Coordinate with the e-commerce developer for bulk uploads on Shopify. Ensure accuracy of listings by cross-checking the website against the master sheet. Creative Design Work Create PDF brochures, e-catalogs, and client-ready decks for sales and marketing. Design mood boards for: Client projects (based on their interiors). Rug suggestions and styling options. Trend-based or seasonal collections. Work with color poms, swatches, and textures to create visual presentation boards . Assist in designing marketing visuals (sale PDFs, campaign decks). Collaboration & Support Work closely with sales and marketing teams to prepare client proposals. Support with images, renders, and sample kits for interior designers and B2B clients. Learn and apply interior design sensibilities to rug placements, styling, and combinations. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Design, Fashion, or related field. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for catalog preparation. Proficiency in Canva (mandatory) and preferably Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign. Creative eye for color, textures, and layouts . Basic knowledge of fabrics, weaving, or rugs (preferred; training will be provided). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple design + data tasks. Who Should Apply?
