Human Resources Intern (Recruitment)

Role Overview: Antara Senior Care, a part of the Max Group, is seeking a Human Resources Intern (Recruitment) for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by handling tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new employees, assisting with HR administrative tasks, and contributing to the development and updating of HR policies.
