Handle end-to-end recruitment - Technician, Engineer, Sales, Draftsman, Office Staff, Factory Workers
Source candidates from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Groups, References, ITI Colleges
Take screening, schedule interview with HOD, do salary negotiation
Release Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, do joining formalities, induction
Maintain recruitment tracker, close positions within 15-20 days
Manage contractor hiring for factory workers
Maintain daily attendance - office staff, factory workers, field technicians using Biometric / Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
HR: 5 years (Required)
