Working days : Mon. to Sat. ( time 10.30am to 6.30pm)

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented HR professional responsible for

supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and overall organizational growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll & Payrun

● Execute monthly payroll (payrun) accurately and within defined timelines

● Coordinate with finance and vendors for salary processing, payslips and deductions

● Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements,and

arrears.Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips

Statutory Compliance

● Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour

Welfare Fund

● Ensure timely filings, challan generation, and payments

● Support audits and inspections related to labor laws

HR Operations

● Maintain employee records and HR documentation

● Manage onboarding and exit formalities

● Support attendance and leave management systems

● Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements

Employee Support

● Act as the point of contact for employee HR-related queries

● Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory norms

Required Skills & Knowledge

● Strong understanding of payroll processing and payrun cycles

● Practical knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances

● Experience with HRMS / Payroll software

● Good Excel skills and attention to detail

● Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
