As a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Bengaluru, your primary responsibilities will include full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and other recruitment activities. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring, employer branding, and interviewing. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of recruiting best practices and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
