Company Name: Nowrosjee Wadia & Sons Limited Location: Patalganga, Raigad Experience: 5-10 years of work experience in a Chemical Manufacturing company Qualification: MBA in HR & IR preferred Job Description: Preparing of budget for the department and contract employees. Hiring of candidates within the budget limit. Preparation of Organogram of all departments and updating same on regular basis. Checking of contractors wages and ensure that the wages are paid on time for regular contractors/ HO contractors. Checking of contractor Biometric attendance and processing same for payment. Checking of data and bills Reviewing policies of company and releasing same. Co-ordinating with Contractors for their bills and ensuing that monthly statutory compliance as per checklist is received. Ensuring Compliance of all legal requirements under Factories Act- 1948 and other statutes. Ensuring the Statutory & Regulatory compliance from all departments through HODs. Helping in preparing KRA to HOD's and compilation of KRAs received from all departments Handling Mediclaim issues of employees Preparing HRMIS report and circulating to Management. Helping DGM - Pers & Admin in efficiently managing Industrial Relation & HR related issues and imparting discipline in work force by creating harmonious work environment. Take disciplinary actions on contract employees and regular employees. Addressing day to day employee grievances. Good knowledge of ERP system. Implementation IMS as per QMS ISO 9001:2015, EMS ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EnMS 50001:2018, GHG ISO14064:2006, RC 14001:2015 and functioning as systems facilitator in the Organization. Overall coordination of HODs on training and development of employees. Maintaining all records under the various labour statutes applicable to the Company. (Provident Fund) - International Worker return, ESIC return. Knowledge of handling HR & IR related issues with all the department and actively participation. Being an active participant in negotiations with Unions preferably in the Chemical Industry Co-ordinating CSR activities. 23. Co-ordinating and providing documents for Internal / External Audits, IMS / ISO Audit, Responsible care Audit, Statutory Audit, Vendor Audits.
