Human Resource Associate

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Associate with 1 year of experience to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
• Assist with payroll processing and monthly attendance reports.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and confidentiality.
• Perform other HR administrative duties as required.

• Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
