Key Responsibilities
IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate searches using relevant keywords and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication and job suitability.
- Explain job opportunities, roles, locations, work models and other relevant details to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Track candidate progress from sourcing to interview, offer and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Ensure timely candidate submissions and follow-ups.
- Work towards recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with candidates and clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in handling candidate calls, screening discussions and recruitment follow-ups.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand and communicate job requirements accurately.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Interest in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Basic sourcing and candidate-searching skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Proactive, energetic and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn about IT roles, technologies and recruitment practices.
- Good coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who graduated in

. - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment may apply.
- Candidates with
3-6 months of recruitment internship or relevant recruitment experience
are preferred. - Exposure to IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
- Candidates should be willing to work from our Sholinganallur, Chennai office.

- Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
