In this role within the Platforms and Devices team at Google, you will be part of a group dedicated to improving user experiences across various computing software platforms and first-party devices. The team is focused on researching, designing, and developing technologies that enhance user interactions with computing, creating innovative solutions for users worldwide. Your responsibilities will include owning product data streams, collaborating with subject matter experts to implement evaluations, and collecting data to measure rater accuracy and agreement. Monitoring data quality and operational KPIs will be essential, as you analyze results to drive improvements and address any issues that arise. Working closely with stakeholders, you will prioritize data collection tasks and manage scheduling within the allocated budget. Collaboration with global vendor raters, managers, and trainers will be necessary to identify and resolve gaps or issues in data collection processes.
