The job description for this position typically includes the following:

Responsibilities:

1) Making outbound calls to customers in different countries and persuading them to buy products or services offered by the company.

2) Providing information about products or services to potential customers and answering any questions they may have.

3) Generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team.

4) Conduct market research and surveys to gather information about potential customers and their preferences.

5) Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

6) Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.

7) Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products or services purchased.

8) Resolving customer complaints and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

9) Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Qualifications:

1) High school diploma or equivalent

2) Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3) Must have a good understanding of the sales process.

4) Should be persistent and goal-oriented

5) Candidate also must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6) Good command of the English language

7) Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications

8) Strong persuasive skills to sell products or services
