Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Chennai Experience: 812 Years (Preferred in HUF/Proprietor/Individual Accounts Management) Qualification: CA/Inter CA/M.Com/B.Com with strong experience in taxation and compliance Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accounts of HUF, Proprietorship, and Individual entities . Ensure proper bookkeeping, reconciliation of bank statements, and finalization of accounts. Handle GST registration, filing, returns, reconciliation, and compliance . Prepare and file Income Tax returns for Individuals, HUF, and Proprietorship firms . Monitor and ensure compliance with TDS, Advance Tax, and other statutory requirements . Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as required. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits, assessments, and financial reviews. Provide financial reports, MIS, and analysis to management for decision-making. Stay updated with latest amendments in Income Tax, GST, and other accounting laws . Preferred candidate profile trong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and Accounting Standards . Expertise in handling Individual, HUF, and Proprietorship Accounts . Good knowledge of Tally/ERP/Accounting software . Analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
