Project Manager - Creative & Marketing Agency
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and creative-minded Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of branding, digital marketing, and design projects. You'll be the bridge between creative teams and clients - ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules Track milestones and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Manage internal workflows between design, content, and strategy teams Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Translate client briefs into actionable internal tasks Provide regular updates, manage feedback loops, and ensure client satisfaction Creative Collaboration Work closely with art directors, copywriters, designers, and media planners Support brainstorming and ideation sessions Ensure the creative output aligns with the clients brand and objectives Budget & Resource Management Monitor budgets and flag any scope creep Coordinate with freelancers and third-party vendors as required Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning Quality Control Review deliverables for quality and brand consistency Ensure all assets meet technical and creative standards before delivery Requirements 2 to 6 years of experience in a creative/marketing agency environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong understanding of branding, advertising, social media, and digital marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital production processes is a plus Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in a dynamic environment Preferred Skills Client-facing experience with strong presentation skills Knowledge of creative briefs, scopes of work, and media plans Exposure to campaign reporting, analytics, or post-launch analysis Passion for design, marketing trends, and brand storytelling
