As a DevOps Engineer at NeoXam, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's rapid growth and enhancing the quality of its software and processes. Joining the R&D team, you will be part of a cross-functional group responsible for implementing software production and quality assurance methods and tools. Within the R&D department, specifically the DevOps Build team, your primary focus will be on providing development teams with tools and methods on a 100% virtualized infrastructure to build, test, deliver, and manage NeoXam products. You will work on the automated system known as the Software Factory, utilizing tools like BitBucket, Bamboo, Sonar, VeraCode, and Artifactory. Your key responsibilities will involve setting up a replica of the Software Factory for testing tool updates, managing version upgrades for the Software Factory tools, proposing improvements to development processes, and training R&D teams on new tools and processes. Additionally, you will assist in setting up deployment tools for NeoXam solutions on Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in configuration management languages and tools like Ansible, SaltStack, and Terraform. Experience in setting up and managing a continuous deployment pipeline and knowledge of cloud computing principles and key AWS services are essential. Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes, as well as proficiency in English, are also required. Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Python, familiarity with CI/CD languages and tools, experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, and knowledge of Atlassian products such as Jira, BitBucket, and Bamboo.
