The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Developer or in a similar position. You should possess a strong knowledge of HubSpot's CMS, CRM, and automation features. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language) is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include building, maintaining, and optimizing solutions based on HubSpot. Experience in integrating HubSpot with third-party applications via APIs is required. You should also have knowledge of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and other marketing automation tools. Familiarity with responsive web design principles and ensuring compatibility across devices is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively are key attributes we are looking for. Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience with HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot CMS Development and HubSpot Marketing Software, is a plus. Knowledge of other CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc., would be considered a bonus. Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
