All you need is... We are seeking a skilled RAN Integration Engineers with hands-on experience in integrating and commissioning of latest Huawei BBU and Radio equipment's. The role involves end-to-end integration, troubleshooting, and support for wireless network deployments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: . Perform integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Huawei BTS5900, BTS3900, and related RAN equipment (e.g., BSC6900/6910, DBSC3900, U2020/U2000). . Supports Hardware Swaps . Execute call testing, NTP configurations, and site acceptance procedures. . Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate integration. . Analyze alarms, logs, and KPIs to identify and resolve network issues. . Support software upgrades, license installations, and configuration changes. . Maintain documentation of integration activities and site configurations. . Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Required Skills & Experience: . Minimum 3+ years of experience in wireless network integration, preferably on Huawei platforms. . Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN technologies and Huawei hardware (BBU, RRU, AAU, Microwave). . Experience with Huawei tools such as U2020, U2000, and LMT. . Familiarity with site survey reports, KCPs, and integration checklists. . Ability to interpret design layouts and power/accessory requirements. . Good communication and coordination skills. . Be flexible in shifts and adjust to project requirements. Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. You will ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration You will carry out area and site surveys to determine RF equipment location and antenna orientation. You will provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics. You will carry out drive testing activities to collect network data. You will provide post processing analysis of the drive data. You will provide site candidate evaluations. You will provide site build verifications and acceptance.
