You will be joining LSEG in Mumbai as a technical support professional to provide assistance to clients for FXAll. Your problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technology quickly will be crucial in this role. **Role Overview:** - Provide technical support for FXAll clients - Handle technology and trade-related cases with urgency - Diagnose issues accurately and engage with internal resolver groups - Communicate with senior-level clients - Ensure compliance guidelines are followed - Contribute towards continuous improvement of internal processes **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle technology and trade-related cases with urgency - Diagnose issues accurately and engage with internal resolver groups - Build internal relationships and network with key teams - Handle complex how-to and workflow cases - Put compliance guidelines into practice - Communicate expertly with senior-level clients - Stay updated on product and industry knowledge - Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes **Qualifications:** - Experience in Technical or Customer Support in a Financial Services firm - Capital Markets experience is an advantage - Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Capacity to learn complex processes and possess a growth mindset - Adaptability to change and demonstrate flexibility - Must be a team player - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Experience with CRM or Salesforce is a plus - Qualification from professional bodies such as CFA, CISI, and CAIA is an advantage LSEG is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with a purpose of driving financial stability, empowering economies, and enabling sustainable growth.
