As an experienced Performance Testing and Performance Engineering professional with 8+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for various aspects of performance testing. Your expertise in Java programming, especially for custom scripting in JMeter, will be crucial for this role. You should have a deep understanding of the performance engineering process and be able to conduct different types of tests including load, stress, endurance, stability, and resiliency tests. Your responsibilities will include Test Planning, Test Strategy development, workload model design, Test case design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, and Defect Management. You must have a proven track record of gathering Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) from scratch for performance testing projects. In this role, you will be expected to have excellent skills in scripting, design, and execution of Non-functional tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and knowledge of various protocols such as HTTP/HTML, Rest, Queues, Web Services, and asynchronous requests. Understanding SOLID design principles will be an added advantage. Experience in API performance testing and familiarity with Agile/DevOps performance engineering methodology are essential for this position. Additionally, knowledge of MySQL, Jboss, or similar technologies would be beneficial. As a valuable team player, you should possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. This position is based in Bangalore and follows a Hybrid mode of work with a Permanent hire. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately with a Notice period of Only Immediate.,
