As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include: - Developing ATE test solutions such as Loadboards, Probecards, and test programs - Collaborating with Design, DFT, and Product engineering teams - Proficiency in ATE platforms for mixed-signal and digital products - Expertise in converting vectors from design to tester formats using specialized tools - Verifying test programs for R&R, correlation activities, and program release - Planning and executing test time reduction activities, and creating programs for characterization and qualifications. The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment. They should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. Troubleshooting complex problems, multitasking, and meeting deadlines are essential skills for this position. Candidates must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in EEE/ECE/E&I or equivalent, along with at least five years of hands-on ATE Testing experience. Key qualifications and experience required for this role include: - Developing Production/Characterization/Qualification Test Programs from scratch - Hands-on experience with Advantest 93k Tester platform/Teradyne IGXL Tester platform - Proficiency in Test data analysis and exposure to STIL, STDF file formats - Experience in test time reduction and yield enhancement for various products is advantageous - Prior experience working with bench instruments like DMM, Oscilloscope, etc., for debugging - Knowledge of OOP based programming, PERL scripting, and data analysis tools like Galaxy, JMP, SAS is beneficial - Familiarity with HTOL methodology and Assembly process would be advantageous for day-to-day activities.
