Must-Have Qualifications and Skills Requirements Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Material-UI (MUI). Advanced understanding of Redux for managing complex application state. Familiarity with tools and libraries like Webpack, Babel, Jest, and Enzyme. Deep knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Expertise in optimizing front-end performance for speed and efficiency. Skilled in building responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device compatible applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team. A detail-oriented approach with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude. Understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience with D3.js for building charts and data visualizations. Exposure to collaborative workflows with designers and developers. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Early joiners preferred.
