Job Title: Senior Technical Lead - Salesforce Exp Level - 7-10 years of experience Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and the healthcare domain, enabling them to align technological solutions with business goals and enhance patient care through effective data utilization and process automation. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the architectural design of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions customized to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Implementation and Development: Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently. Supervise the development team and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in coding and integration. Integration and Data Management: Design and manage integrations with other healthcare systems, such as EHRs and third-party applications, to offer seamless data flow. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility, aligning with compliance requirements and industry standards. Technical Leadership and Strategy: Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, promoting innovative use of Salesforce Health Cloud technologies. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities, and advocate for their application in achieving business objectives. Testing and Quality Assurance: Establish and coordinate testing processes to assure the quality and functionality of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations. Lead troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, technical procedures, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for internal users and stakeholders to maximize the effective use of Salesforce Health Cloud. Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for system enhancements and efficiencies in alignment with business strategies. Required Skills: Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud, including knowledge of its features, functionalities, and limitations. Experience with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL. Architectural Skills: Ability to design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other healthcare applications and systems. Advanced knowledge of integration techniques, including APIs, middleware, and web services. Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare industry standards, practices, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across diverse teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Health Cloud. Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for healthcare organizations. Strong understanding of healthcare processes, compliance standards, and data management. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant or Technical Architect, are highly desirable. Strong expertise in Salesforce technical aspects, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL Experience in developing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and platforms. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions. Experience in training and mentoring technical team members. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with different stakeholders. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator would be preferred. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology would be preferred. Overall, the senior technical lead is a critical role that requires extensive technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. The candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team and provide guidance to team members. Experience leading Engineering process (Stagegate) and systems (PLM).
