The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for coordinating project electrical activities, overseeing day-to-day electrical operations post-project completion, planning and executing preventive maintenance, and effectively managing resources including leading the electrical team. Your role will also involve ensuring efficient inventory management, collaborating with the team to reduce power costs, and implementing automation, monitoring, and documentation systems. To excel in this role, you must possess technical knowledge in HT/LT lines and panels, DG, VFD, DCS, interlocking systems, safety protocols, and statutory compliance requirements. Proficiency in English and Tamil (or local language) is essential for effective communication with workers. The working hours may vary between General Shift and Rotational Shift based on the factory's operational requirements. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits such as provided food, paid sick leave, and Provident Fund. The work location will be on-site in person.,
