You should have a minimum of 6 years of industry experience working with DC ACI NCE. It is essential to have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in ACI and a total of 3+ years in Data Center operations. A strong understanding of Nexus topology is required for this role. You must thoroughly grasp ACI concepts, including packet flow, ACI Multipod, multisite, Standalone, Remote leaf, L4 & L7 integration, and have a solid foundation in Routing & Switching. Proficiency in troubleshooting ACI and Nexus issues is crucial. Basic knowledge of ACI, Nexus hardware, Firewall, load balancer, and NSOX is also beneficial. As a DC ACI NCE, you will be responsible for explaining technical issues in simple terms to clients and acting as a bridge and trusted advisor between all parties involved. Timely escalation of issues following the matrix and gaining the confidence of customers is key. The role may require working in shifts, including both day and night rotations.
