Experience in performing process simulations using HYSYS is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis HAZOP / HAZID / SIL studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities include development of HMB, PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, equipment sizing, line sizing, preparation of process data sheets and specification for equipment & instruments, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, operating and maintenance manuals etc. Good working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NFPA codes and standards is a must.
