Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Executive. The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for working with staffing leads to identify potential opportunities for placing consultants on projects. This includes effectively marketing and placing bench consultants, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and managing consultant relationships. Additional tasks include tracking and maintaining a database of consultants, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and providing regular reporting and updates to the management team. Qualifications Experience in Bench Sales, marketing, and placement Strong negotiation skills and ability to coordinate interviews Database management and reporting skills Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
