You will play a crucial role as a Packaging Development Coordinator, supporting New Product Development (NPD) by ensuring seamless coordination of packaging specifications across various departments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining live documentation and packaging specifications on the HTF platform to facilitate effective decision-making and procurement execution. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute innovative solutions to operational challenges. Your key responsibilities will involve: HTF Packaging Library Management: Developing and managing a comprehensive packaging library on the HTF platform to ensure visibility and accessibility for internal stakeholders. BOM Coordination & Documentation: Ensuring accurate and complete BOM forms for all new closures and NPD projects are shared with both the plant and the sales team. Each form should contain detailed specifications necessary for seamless procurement and production execution. Repository Management: Maintaining an up-to-date packaging repository on the HTF platform that reflects real-time changes in packaging development. This repository should provide a clear and streamlined view for the sales and procurement teams, enhancing efficiency and clarity. Market Awareness & Problem Solving: Staying informed about current market trends and innovations in packaging solutions. You will be expected to proactively identify alternatives or improvements to address existing bottlenecks faced by the plant. Your input should offer practical and efficient packaging solutions. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience. This position is based in Chandigarh.
