Deputy Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) APAC LeadWhat this job involves - The Deputy HSSE APAC Lead supports the APAC HSSE Lead by directing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the JLL HSSE management systems at Client facilities. In this capacity, the Deputy HSSE APAC Lead is accountable to the APAC HSSE Lead, and to provide guidance, identify the resources and equipment necessary to implement HSSE management systems and compliance programs related to JLL scope of work at the Client locations in APAC. The Deputy HSSE APAC Lead will partner the client in HSSE activities and advise the JLL site teams on HSSE issues, evaluate potential hazardous situations and environmental impacts, conduct accident investigations, and ensure JLL is compliant with all HSSE regulatory and Client requirements. What is the day to day Provide leadership and support the development and implementation of HSSE management systems and compliance programs at the Client sites. Team with JLL Site Team and the Life Sciences HSSE team to establish HSSE performance goals and reviews performance against those goals. Track and report HSSE metrics and measure performance against key performance indicators. Establish necessary plans to meet or exceed key performance indicators. Direct the implementation of HSSE Committees suitable to the site s needs. Evaluate hazards on client sites for safety, health, and environmental risks. Implement environmental, health and safety procedures and programs for Jones Lang LaSalle activities and monitors safety compliance to reduce risks. Implement inspection programs and establishes regular inspection schedules. Identify training requirements and coordinates training sessions for HSSE regulatory and Client training requirements. Establish record management and retention policy. Ensures required records are kept available according regulatory and JLL requirements. Audit adherence to HSSE policies and procedures. Assist the JLL Site Team in the accident investigation and communication process including the identification of root causes. Implement training and tools necessary to ensures that reports on HSSE incidents and performance are submitted on a timely basis, and that corrective actions are taken. Maintain liaison with client and service partner HSSE organizations to ensure that HSSE problems are identified, and solutions coordinated. Maintain a collaborative partnership with Client HSSE organization. Drive the implementation of programs and initiatives necessary to foster a strong HSSE culture. Provide support to Client HSSE Team by conducting selected HSSE activities as agreed by JLL and client. Key Interactions: Internal: JLL Project leads, JLL Site Facility Management, JLL Life Sciences platform EHS team, JLL Site Team, JLL Risk Management Client: Client EHS and OperationsTeams at the Site External: EHS Related Regulatory Agencies, JLL Service Partners Desired experience and technical skills - Required Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related years of experience Broad based knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety and Environmental Protection Agency regulations (control of high risk work, spill prevention, hazardous waste, dangerous goods shipping) 5+ years of experience working with HSSE compliance and management systems preferably within facility operations Success working with subcontractors/vendors supporting mutual safety objectives Excellent skills in written and oral communication Basic computer skills with both word processing and database applications Ability to drive and inspect both outdoor and indoor areas to observe compliance with established programs Preferred Professional designation like OHST, ASP, or CSP EHS experience in biopharmaceutical, research or maintenance operations

The Claims Adjuster manages claims being submitted by TA field locations concerning general liability, auto liability and property claims. This position plays a critical role in collecting evidence/facts, investigating claim allegations, reviewing damages, determining liability, and negotiating with claimants. What you will deliver: 1.
