As a member of the JLL team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Client and JLL HSE procedures are effectively implemented at the Client location. This includes conducting HSE trainings, mock drills, and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that site and facility operations comply with applicable HSE regulations and promptly reporting incidents while managing root cause analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, your role will involve conducting HSE audits for the site, submitting reports to the admin team, and closing out external/internal audit points to prevent recurrence. You will work on establishing building and services related HSSE risk assessments and managing account-specific incident and accident investigations. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proactive and energetic approach to safety management, possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and senior management, and have knowledge of internationally recognized HSSE management systems. Your ability to provide innovative solutions, communicate effectively, work independently, and meet deadlines will be essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing HSSE programs, along with a track record of HSSE management within operational management systems. Professional qualifications in HSSE and a goal-oriented mindset are essential, along with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a matrix structure.
