The HSE Digital Implementation Specialist role at Chevron involves collaborating with HSE professionals, development teams, and vendors to translate business needs into software solutions that address business challenges. As a key member of the Operational Excellence (OE) Reporting & Digital Team in Bengaluru, India, you will lead a team of IT professionals to implement software solutions that support and enhance Chevron's HSE Digital Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include providing functional input, facilitating effective communication between HSE Professionals and IT, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will lead a cross-functional Agile Digital Delivery team in developing and implementing IT software solutions, managing backlogs, documenting business needs, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO). To excel in this role, you are expected to have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience, solid technical knowledge in HSE, expertise in OE/HSE disciplines, processes, workflows, and data usage. You should be well-versed in the Operational Excellence Management System, possess strong digital acumen, effective communication skills with IT and HSE subject matter experts, and be familiar with Azure DevOps (ADO). Chevron ENGINE operates globally, and employees are expected to align their work hours with business requirements. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm. Additionally, Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as mandated by law.,
