Safety Manager :- Degree in engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil/ Construction Management/ Environmental Science from a recognized institution. Recognized degree or diploma (ADIS/PDIS/ CLI/RLI) in industrial safety/ construction safety. The safety personnel should have certified from recognized safety institute either from CLI/RLI/ SCTEVT also trained by CMSRSL (having more than 10 years of relevant work experience in Safety & Risk Management) and would report directly to Head Operations- Construction Safety. Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and statutory requirements Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. Familiarity with AI based tools. Having more than 10 years of relevant work experience in Safety & Risk Management. Prior experience in HSE consultancy or handling multiple project sites preferred. 1. Manage and supervise safety operations across ongoing construction projects where our safety teams are deployed 2. Act as the SPOC for client discussions, safety reviews, performance feedback and resolving operational issues 3. Monitor the performance and deployment of safety officers and experts at all sites. Ensure they are meeting project safety expectations and reporting protocols 4. Conduct periodic site visits to review on ground safety practices, attend client meetings and provide support during critical safety inspections or audits 5. Visit project sites as needed to temporarily fill in for deployed safety personnel during leave/vacancy periods 6. Closely follow up with clients for pending payments, confirmation for invoice submissions and address any invoicing related queries 7. Ensure that project wise MIS is prepared and submitted as per schedule.
