Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Conduct regular hazard analysis and risk identification to mitigate potential risks. Provide training on fire safety, industrial safety, construction safety, and HSE documentation to employees. Implement a work permit system for high-risk activities and investigate accidents promptly. Plan emergency response procedures and participate in drills to ensure readiness. Ensures that all fire protection systems like smoke detectors, fire alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, etc. are installed properly and functional at all times Routine fire safety checks/inspections to cover the assessment of fire hazards and safety of properties Make sure that there are well-developed evacuation plans Create awareness among employees to ensure hazards related to job and safe method of working. Co-ordinate Plant Safety Committee meeting and Mock Drill Investigation and record maintaining of incident reports Updating SOP, Checklists and Onsite emergency plan. Selection and maintaining of personnel protective equipment (PPE). Knowledge of HAZOP study & how to it conducted Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of fire safety, industrial safety, construction safety, and HSE documentation. To conduct safety committee meeting and MOM to be circulated to Concerned Dept. Statutory compliance with MPCB such as Stack Monitoring, Annual Return of Hazardous Waste, Environment Statement, Noise Monitoring, Air Monitoring. (Form 4- Annual Return, Form 5- Environment Statement, Form 10- Manifest Hazardous Waste) To conduct Tool box talk (TBT) for outside agency All Lifting Tools & Tackles, Pressure vessel Inspected by Competent Person, Maintain FORM 11 & 13) Developing SOPs for the job. Celebrate the National safety week Campaign with organizing various safety related competitions for the Employees. Operate ETP & Ensure all Parameter should be meet to MPCB consent. Keep Record of MSDS of Hazardous Solvent Compliance & Monitoring reports as per Factory Act 1948 Implementation in LOTO ( Log out Tag out ) System. To Prepare safety documents and plan the safety for related process Prepare On site safety plan, Hazardous Study and give training to all person in company. To Procure safety products as and maintain record of the same. To Carry out case study of any incident and take corrective action on the same. Inspection and Maintenance of various Fire Extinguisher. Inspection of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkle System, B.A set, Co2 Flooding system, Detector System, Water Mist System, Rising System. Operating and Periodic Testing of Addressable and Non-Addressable fire alarm system To carry out Fire Patrolling Round. Operating of CCTV and Wireless. HEALTH: Work with HR on Employee Health issues and statutory compliance. To maintain Health Register (Form 7), canteen, Drinking Water, sitting arrangement, spittoons, latrine, washrooms, urinal, crche, rest room, ambulance room, first aid material, washing facilities, Shower, dry cloth machine. SECURITY: To Control Vehicle Management at plant premises. Maintain MIOS (Material Inward outward system) on daily basic. Frisking of employee, contractors for identify theft cases in all shift.
