Role & responsibilities Design of HVAC & Mechanical equipment, sizing, services layouts for data center projects Review of customer RFP and preparing design documents to present to customer. Ensuring design as per customer RFP & design standards getting completed seamlessly within stipulated timelines. Review of detail design deliverables from consultants & driving them on quality deliverables. Shall be able to take complete ownership of HVAC & Mechanical design and ensures no variation in BOQs during execution. Shall be able to work as a design coordinator for entire design deliverables, coordinate with other SMEs, stakeholders and maintain DCI progress time to time and present in weekly design calls. Shall have good communication skills to drive discussions, present technical documents to customers. Support to site execution team on design front & testing / commissioning front and support site team as required during execution, testing and comissioning Shall be able to supervise execution in co-ordination with delivery team to meet timelines Shall act as interface execution, comissioning and design teams in coordination with design consultant to support execution, solve site issues and complete tasks Shall have very good experience in design of Chilled water system design, Plumbing, Piping, HSD piping etc. Shall have good experience in Budgeting. Preferred candidate profile Should be a Subject matter Expert in for ongoing projects in HVAC domain Candidate shall be B. Tech (HVAC/Mechnaical) with 10yrs of overall Experience. Data Center design experience will be added advantage.
