We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our growing product team in Kochi. As a senior member, you’ll not only craft exceptional user experiences but also help shape the design culture, mentor juniors, and drive strategic product decisions through design. What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives—from research and ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity delivery. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define user problems and translate them into elegant solutions. Build and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms. Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to influence product strategy. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of feedback, growth, and design excellence. Advocate for the user while balancing business objectives and technical constraints. Stay ahead of design trends and proactively introduce best practices to the team. Qualifications 5–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design (experience in SaaS/fintech is a plus). Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Prototyping, Components, Design Systems). Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, complex problem solving, and shipped digital products. Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive/mobile-first design. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and influence cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with stakeholders and leading design workshops. Proven ability to mentor, review, and elevate the work of other designers. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
