You will be required to promptly update employee information and address any discrepancies that may arise. In addition to these tasks, you will also be expected to perform any other duties as assigned. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field and have experience in accurate data entry with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets and data entry systems is necessary, along with strong numerical and analytical abilities. Excellent organization and time management skills are crucial, as well as the ability to handle confidential employee data discreetly. Experience in handling email queries and resolving problems is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with HRSS systems such as SAP and Workday. Clear and effective communication skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.
