The hybrid Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, and platform administration. This role involves working in a hybrid mode from our Hyderabad office and requires flexibility to work in the 2 PM to 11 PM shift to align with global teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate enhancements using JavaScript, Glide, and REST/SOAP integrations. Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement workflows, forms, and custom scripts. Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a strong plus.
