Roles & Responsibilities: To ensure that HR queries & Job tasks received on the case management system is processed accurately on Workday within the stipulated timelines. Should have a good eye for details, logical reasoning & a reasonable understanding of HR processes & system. To acquire complete knowledge on the process and confidently resolve customer queries. Confidently engage with counterparts / customers by comprehending their requirements and processing them adequately on the HRMS tool. Respond to queries promptly, thus making sure the queue is kept clear at all times. Good eye to detail, responsible for maintaining a repository of all crucial process documents (SOPs /SLA/Swim lanes etc). To consistently meet or exceed the expectations on the service level agreement with customers. To adhere to the quality standards and focus on providing a First Time Resolution” to customer queries. To be able to earn the customer’s good will through efficient ways of working. To be receptive to feedback, incorporate at work and project a healthy learning trend. Skills & Competencies: The individual should possess the importance of accuracy, very high attention to detail, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Should be Well-versed with business dynamics of the shared services industry and acquainted with the entire gamut of HR activities. The individual should possess strong analytical, logical and good verbal and written communication skills. Educational Qualification : MBA-HR/MSW HR.
