Lead the team responsible for managing the Employee Services, C&B administration & recruitment admin processes b. Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes c. Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas d. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholders e.
