The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate in any stream with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be results and deadline driven, with a minimum of 4 plus years of team handling experience. Experience in managing invoicing and billing is required, as well as proven expertise in customer relationship management and strong consultative skills. You should be proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience in HRMS ERP systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc. would be an advantage. Responsibilities include supervising, hiring, and training employees, managing quality assurance programs, and strategizing process improvements. You will need to monitor ongoing processes and ensure timely updates to improve internal communication and employee experience. It is essential to continuously update internal SOPs and statutory regulations summaries to reflect the latest regulations and process updates. Extensive knowledge of Operations methodologies in the HRO field is required, along with the ability to monitor industry trends. You should be able to answer consultants" procedural questions by researching and interpreting SOPs and statutory regulations. Coaching and developing team members, bridging knowledge gaps, and overcoming skill and will issues are also part of the role. Handling user/customer escalations and formulating actions to resolve any concerns, taking ownership until resolution is crucial.
