You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and implementing effective training programs to support talent needs and skill development across the Kosamattam Group. Your role will involve ensuring that the right talent is recruited, onboarded, and trained to meet organizational goals efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and managing the entire recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring timely joining and proper documentation of new hires. Additionally, you will be developing relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and online portals. In terms of training and development, you will assess training needs, design and implement training programs for new and existing employees, coordinate with external trainers, monitor program effectiveness, and maintain training records and reports. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, conducting orientation programs, maintaining accurate records of recruitment and training activities, preparing and submitting reports on hiring status and training outcomes, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and labor laws. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-10 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a multi-location organization. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools are also required. Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of industry-specific hiring, exposure to employee engagement and retention strategies, and experience with HRMS/ATS systems.
