HRMS & Payroll Consultant

You will be responsible for handling support tickets, user queries, and small change requests effectively and within SLAs. It is essential to maintain proper documentation and provide training to end users as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to read and troubleshoot fast formulas and reports. Experience with Oracle Self-Service HR and iRecruitment will be considered an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for providing effective user support.
