At least 4-5 years of significant experience in a professional services firm or MNC environment. Experience in facilitation is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and diligence in daily work. Event management and coordination experience is essential. Ability to prioritize issues and deliver seamless events in coordination with busy client-facing stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, with a client-oriented approach and willingness to respond to queries. Strong spoken and written English.
