Provide technical support and training for HRMS users Provide technical support for hardware and software issues Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops and peripherals. Maintain documentation of support procedures and user guides Create and implement SQL database operations and structures. Assure SQL availability, security, and database performance. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in application engineering or a similar role.
