Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer who has hands-on expertise in ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, Windows Applications, Windows Services, and HRMS system integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing development tasks, understanding business requirements, and deploying applications. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and C#. Develop and manage Windows Forms Applications and Windows Services. Create and consume REST APIs for application integrations. Integrate applications with HRMS systems and other third-party tools. Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases : writing stored procedures, complex queries, and optimizing performance. Host and deploy applications on IIS / Windows Server environments. Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs and technical issues. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Framework/Core. Experience in developing and maintaining Windows Applications and Windows Services. Good command over SQL Server and Oracle databases. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Exposure to HRMS system integration (such as payroll, attendance, etc.). Hosting/deployment experience on IIS, Windows Server. Ability to debug and resolve issues independently. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong communication and requirement analysis skills.
