About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This 3 month paid internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, making it an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Support onboarding processes such as documentation, induction, and employee engagement activities. Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HRMIS tools. Help in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys. Support learning & development coordination (training schedules, feedback collection, etc.). Assist in drafting HR policies, communications, and reports. Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required by the HR team.
