You will be joining as an HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience at our Calicut location. As a Full-time employee, your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining employee records using HRM software, handling onboarding and exit formalities through digital platforms, tracking attendance, leaves, and other HR data via HRM tools, generating reports and analyzing HR metrics using software, coordinating recruitment, interviews, and internal HR communications, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in using HRM/HRIS software, a strong understanding of HR operations and documentation, good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
