As a Senior Solutions Architect at Eightfold.AI in India, you will play a crucial role in driving technical solutions, readiness, and overall success in strategic product and customer initiatives. Your responsibilities will include architecting and implementing AI-driven integrations, leading technical discussions with customers, and serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to solution design, implementation best practices, and continuous improvement frameworks. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, preferably in HCM environments. Your expertise should encompass HRIS/ATS systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo, along with a strong background in API integration, software design, and scalable system architecture.
