The Dyson Business Services Workday Specialist role within the Employee Services HRIS function at Dyson Business Services (DBS) aims to support Dyson's growth ambitions by providing process and service excellence. As a Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for handling administration and procedural tasks related to People System and Integrations, with a primary focus on Workday. Working closely with the DBS Workday SMEs and Employee Services Teams, you will identify improvement opportunities within HR Technology processes to enhance the Dyson employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first line of support for HRIS technologies issues escalated from the Employee Administration Team or Employees directly - Support the Employee Administration Team by providing HR Technology Support to deliver high-quality employee interactions - Conduct data audits and reporting to meet regular or ad-hoc business requirements, escalating as needed - Assist in implementing business reorganizations and hierarchy restructures following established guidelines - Collaborate with the senior Analyst team/Workday SMEs to test, document, maintain, and support Workday interface solutions for data sharing with other applications - Take a lead role in bi-annual enhancements and release communications, prioritizing, testing, and validating business requirements - Support configuration changes and updates to existing Workday modules, managing changes through the appropriate Dyson software development cycle and processes - Contribute to key projects, including Workday module enhancements, HR system implementations/changes, and customer service delivery improvements - Prepare and execute data uploads into Workday using appropriate EIB templates Candidate Profile: - Global HR Shared Services or HR experience with a basic understanding of HR policy and procedures - Previous experience with Workday - Curious and data-driven mindset, focusing on creating administrative efficiencies - Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn - Customer-focused mindset with experience in SLA's and continuous improvement - Excellent time and task management skills, highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate - Adaptable and flexible in ambiguous, changing conditions - Comfortable managing data and understanding reports/data - Bachelor's degree in a related field Additional Notes: - Candidates with a mix of HR and IT/business systems background are preferred - Advanced knowledge of Excel, HR analytics, and ERP/HRMS platforms is advantageous - Practical exposure through internships, projects, or experience in HR operations/HRIS implementations is valued.,
