What were looking for: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HRIS support, HR operations, or similar technical HR role Required experience with core HR Systems, specifically Workday. Familiarity with Jira and Culture Amp is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices, including Talent Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning Management, and Performance Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across departments. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
